I started my Journey with Body Language in Feb of 2022. I am 57 years old and had been working out for years. I thought I was pretty knowledgeable in my work out prowess. Well I was wrong, I have learned more in the last 7 months about all facets of training, nutrition and over all health. I have gained strength, endurance, flexibility and 10 pounds of lean muscle mass thanks to Body Language.
