## Steps to get started with Body Language Solutions and TopNotch Partner Discounts

1. Sign up for a package above using **discount code "TopNotchBody" for 50% off** ( 
     1. **NOTE:** For EMPOW(HER) coaching program with Lindsey, you'll need to apply first vs just signing up, but discounts will still apply.
2. Setup your account login using your email and password and accept standard terms and conditions.
3. Fill out basic info in app to get started and for initial customization.
4. Download Body Language Online mobile fitness app on Apple or Google play, you will receive an invite and link to do this once you sign up.
5. **Leave all app notifications on**, that is part of the accountability of the app to help you change your habits and get your workouts done.
6. For the best experience and more accountability turn push notifications on and sync your wearable device in the app settings. 
7. For syncing wearable, you may need to go into your device settings to share health/fitness data with the app - i.e. so that a run on your wearable is recorded in the app automatically.
8. You will be sent an email with an online form and take the next steps depending on the plan you choose.
9. We will further customize the program and features in the app based off your form feedback, within 24 hours of receiving the form.

Yes, you can cancel your plan in the app at any time to avoid future billing and delete your user account.

When you sign up you will be able to access the app with a username and password to create your account. You can also download the mobile app from Apple or Google Play stores. 

It may take up to 24-48 hours for your scheduled workouts and program to be populated, depending on your package and the information you provide during setup.
