Our Summer Confidence Challenge

The summer is a time filled with fun, but many have anxiety and stress leading up to the summer. 

Counting calories and exercising just for the sake of exercising, when you feel like it, is not going to get you ready (physically or mentally) in time for summer. These practices and other temporary solutions won't work for most people. 

Weight loss challenges and generic programs are better than nothing. But our Body Language Summer Confidence Challenge is a new approach.

We are combining technology, an assigned professional training advisor, and a custom program and schedule for every participant. 

How you participate is up to you!

People are not expected to show up and be measured or weighed, in fact we don't expect any forms of physical measurement, weigh ins, or driving involved. Instead, you are competing with yourself and others on how accountable you hold yourself.

You sign up online, download the app, and schedule a call with your fitness advisor.

Then you can go at it solo from your basement if you want. You can also sign up through locally partnered retail shops (i.e. TopNotch Nutrition or Healthy Appetites in Plymouth, MA) for further discounts and promotions, or with friends, colleagues, and/or family to compete in groups with your own additional prize and accountability structures. You can chime in and follow the in app group chat and social media, or just keep things private with you and your assigned trainer via in app one-to-one training communications. 

Results beyond the scale!

How we measure improvement and results is done in the app and via the interpersonal communication with your assigned physical training advisor. We can measure many tangible results like number of workouts, number of reps, the amount of weight you are moving, how much you are moving, how long you're exercising, and more.

However, some of the most important measurements are the life changing ones, such as:

"How did you feel being able to get in and out of your car?"

"Are you feeling more confident getting into that bathing suit?"

"Every time I get a badge and beat my personal best from last week I feel SO GOOD!"

"I'm so glad to hear that it doesn't hurt anymore when you pick up or hold your grandchild!"

These are the types of wins and feelings that bring lifelong change and help you and a trainer hold yourself accountable and instill confidence on a regular daily and long term basis.

A competition to meet long term goals!

Yes, we are capitalizing on the summer and the idea of a challenge where people can win prizes. Because who doesn't like winning prizes and who doesn't want to feel better before the summer?

However, our goal is really to help facilitate true change in the way people manage and manifest their own health. We hope the challenge is a great catalyst for aligning our goal with yours, and that we can all have a great experience and an awesome summer in the process!
